We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel in Paris. The neighborhood is very quiet, even at night, and our apartment overlooked the Père Lachaise cemetery, which made it extremely peaceful. There's a metro stop just steps away, and another one for a different line about 10 minutes on foot. Nearby, you'll find shops, a gym, and a boulangerie. We stayed in a clean, well-equipped one-bedroom apartment, perfect for four people. We prepared breakfasts and other meals there comfortably. The hotel offers breakfast for an extra fee, but we didn’t try it. A great feature was the water dispenser (still and sparkling), perfect for refilling your own bottles — a real plus in Paris! Another thoughtful touch is the free hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate) available from 12 PM to 9 PM, and sometimes leftover pastries from breakfast. Overall, this was an excellent accommodation — convenient for public transport, quiet, and with a great quality-price ratio. I highly recommend it!

Very clean. Reception staff were very helpful, volunteering to charge our phone and store luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Fully met our requirements for inexpensive accommodation for a 2-night stay. Across the street from Pere Lachaise cemetery wall, and a 3 minute walk to the main cemetery entrance. Less than 2 minute walk from Philippe Auguste Metro station, on line 2, which, for Eurostar travellers, is a direct journey from Gare du Nord (below level connecting walkway to La Chapelle station, then 8 stops). Quick Metro journey to the main sights. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Our stay was for 6 nights. Hotel staff were friendly. Extremely good location, very close to the metro station. Unfortunately, there was a lot of dust and dirt in the closet and under the bed. It seems also weird to me not to send anyone to change the towels and take out the trash at least once every 3 days. Additionally, we had to take out the trash at the end of the stay to avoid a penalty of 20 euro. It would be also nice to make more toilet paper available from the start. We had to ask for some more twice. It is nice that from 12:00 to 21:00 you can get any hot drink (coffee, tea) for free from the hotel lobby.

Breakfast was delicious and they had just enough. It’s not a huge selection but it’s all you need. I loved the 24/7 fresh cold water machine next to reception as well as the coffee machine. I drank so many hot chocolate’s I nearly turned into one haha The rooms are incredibly spacious. The beds are sooo comfy and it is a peaceful area - zero disruption I felt very safe and relaxed The staff are very friendly. We do not speak French but they were very helpful and accommodating

Very spacious, clean, bright, well equipped room, bathroom and kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect: quiet, peaceful area. Easy access to the city centre, metro one minute away. It is close to the former Roquette Prisons (remains of the guillotine), as well as being located right next to Père-Lachaise Cemetery.
